Description

This is a proposed IT Park comprising 4 blocks spread over an area of 1.8 million sq ft and located at Kanjurmarg Mumbai. Each building comprises of 2 level retail + 3 level parking and 10 floors of office space. The different façade elements comprise of Composite glazing, aluminum cladding, glass enclosure, suspended glazing, entrance canopy, stone cladding and entrance glazing. The composite glazing incorporates 1.5 m deep vertical fins throughout the height of the building at every three modules. The horizontal louvers at the spandrel areas are hooked on between the two vertical fins. The glass box enclosing the lifts comprises of a mix of opaque and clear glass and incorporates LED lighting.

Description

This is a 200 bed Hospital project located in South Mumbai. It comprises of different façade elements like Unitized curtain wall, suspended atrium glazing and skylight and terrace awning. There are vertical aluminum features incorporating LED lighting. Our Firm has been engaged to review the design initially and recommend a material palette suitable for the façade bearing in mind aesthetics as well as comfort and safety standards and norms for a Hospital building.

Description

As the corporate office for one of the most prestigious companies in the region it was important that the façade reflect the character and goals of the firm. Together we developed façade design strategy of creating a “beacon of enterprise” utilizing a modern façade with integral fiber optic lighting that intersects with traditional patterned carved stone façade with self shading and protected entrances from the elements. The atrium features glass embedded with micro-louvres and a cast bronze screen that will provide shading and an icon for the building both during the evening hours as well as in natural daylight.
