Facade construction management
Description
This multi-purpose facility is comprised of approximately one million square feet of public and private space. The 20,000 seat arena has an adjoining office tower, retail, and restaurant complex. The exterior facade features high span lobbies with a suspended inverted slopped truss wall providing for unobstructed volumes of spaces. The crown of the building features a unique segmented radius modular cladding system with a metallic finish. Other features of the facade include a 3 story inverted slopped curved glass prow, large aluminum fin feature bands. Services provided in conjunction with The Edifice Group.
